Whilst developing in WCF you may want to create dummy / test urls to host your services on. However you may get this error message
“HTTP could not register URL http://+:8001/HelloIndigo/. Your process does not have access rights to this namespace (see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=70353 for details).”
In order to do this you may come across an issue where you need to register the url so that Visual Studio doesn’t bomb out on you.
Remember to run the cmd window as admin!
